At BJ's PJs, we want you to be completely cozy in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed sleepwear. If your new pajamas aren't a perfect fit, we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange to ensure you get a good night's rest.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed, unworn pajamas with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Relax
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
